What is 2FA?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. After enabling 2FA, you'll need to enter a code from your authenticator app in addition to your password when signing in.
Enable 2FA
Steps to Enable:
- Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator)
- Click the "Enable 2FA" button below
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code to complete setup

Click on a service category, fill out the service request form with your requirements, and submit. Our team will review and assign a qualified provider.
Step 5: Track Your Tasks
Monitor your service requests in the "My Tasks" section. You'll receive updates when a provider is assigned and can communicate directly through the platform.
Step 6: Make Payments
Once you receive an invoice, you can pay securely through Hubtel using various payment methods including cards, mobile money, or bank transfer.
How to Book a Service
- Browse our service categories or use the search bar to find what you need
- Click on the service category you're interested in
- Fill out the service request form with:
- Service description and requirements
- Preferred date and time
- Location details
- Any special instructions
- Submit your request
- Wait for our team to assign a qualified provider
Managing Your Bookings
You can view and manage all your service requests in the "My Tasks" section:
- View current and past service requests
- Check the status of your bookings
- Communicate with assigned providers
- View and pay invoices
- Cancel or reschedule services
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your service request at any time before the service begins. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing. Check with your service provider for specific cancellation policies.

Payment Security

Refunds

Updating Your Profile
To update your personal information:
- Go to Profile → Personal Info
- Update your name, email, phone number, or address
- Click "Save Changes"
Changing Your Password
To change your password:
- Go to Profile → Account & Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (must be at least 8 characters)
- Confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Managing Notifications
Control how you receive notifications:

Account Security

Deleting Your Account
